My sister is my best friend. With all the restrictions on travel and quilt classes and retreats, I have missed numerous opportunities to visit her and sew with her. She asked me about taking some of your classes, which I have wanted to do for a while now. We FaceTime so that we can coordinate which Zoom classes we will do together. I can't tell you how much it means to me to be able to sew with her even if it's "long distance" sewing.
I'm extremely excited about your method of applique. I'm new to applique and love playing with the shapes. I am a CI for Deb Tucker's Studio 180 Design and can't wait to start designing quilts with a mixture of Deb's techniques and yours.
Thank you again for the wonderful opportunity to be part of Ahead of the Curve. Not only am I learning but I'm also able to combat the sadness of not sewing with my sister!!!! I can't wait until our next class!!!

Thank you Sue, class was terrific. I am so impressed by all the clever things you have created, are teaching us and the genius tools you invented. Loving everything, am actually finishing the projects! I'm looking forward to learning more.
