Membership Nitty Gritty Details!
My staff and I will make every effort to make your membership experience a good one! Many of our current members have been with us since the first month because we treat our community members with respect and as much flexibility as we can. We try our best to work with you and maintain a high level of satisfaction as long as you communicate with us. Some of you may not be familiar with Membership Programs, so please read the “fine print” below before you join so you know what to expect. A copy of this statement will be sent to you when you join.

Members: You have complete control over your membership on your SPD account page. Upgrading or downgrading between levels and cancelation of membership is always in your control. Your subscription information can be viewed at: https://suepellanddesigns.com/my-account/subscriptions/
Membership is a monthly or yearly subscription. The monthly fee is charged automatically on the same day of each month as the day you joined. The yearly fee is charged automatically on the anniversary date of joining. Benefits of membership end when you cancel your subscription.
Annual memberships are paid in full once a year and auto-renew. Upgrades during the year will be pro-rated. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to upgrade your annual membership mid-year.
All content is based on rotary cut fusible applique methods and we recommend using all seven Rotary Cut Applique Templates and Mistyfuse. Membership Content uses all seven templates.
Kits, tools, and notions are available with your member discount coupon code from www.suepellanddesigns.com. Kits, tools, and notions are not included in membership.
It is the member’s responsibility to register for the free monthly workshops and access content as desired. Refunds are not given if you choose not to access the member content.
Live Workshop Registration is limited to 30 members in each workshop. If you do not get into the live workshop of your choice, you can still register and get the recording of the workshop sent by e-mail approximately one week after the workshop ends.
Subscriptions may be put on hold for up to three months during which you will not have access to member content. Your cost, benefits, and bonuses will be maintained when you return. For example, if you know you will be on an extended vacation or have a family emergency, you can come back after three months at the same level with all the same benefits even if rates have increased. You will need to contact email@example.com to suspend your membership for one to three months. Members who leave for longer than three months and come back will pay the current monthly rate.
Promotional pricing is intended for new members or former members who come back to AOC.
