Dear Friends, I am so excited to say that my dream of making and selling my own tools and patterns is finally coming true! My first retail show will be the Thimble Pleasures Quilt Guild Show in Upton, MA (my town!!) and will be held on March 13 and 14th at Blackstone Valley Tech. If you have never been to a quilt show before, you are in for a treat! The guild will feature over 200 quilts and quilted articles on display for your viewing pleasure. In addition, about 8 vendors will be on hand to satisfy your shopping needs! I will be one of the vendors at the show, and will demonstrate two of my new quilting tools. The Leaves Galore Template is an acrylic template made to cut applique shapes for quilting. Leaves Galore is a very versitile tool that can cut many applique shapes, as well as curved vines, curved edge quilts, and beautiful undulating quilting patterns. It is available in three sizes and you might just want them all!! I am busily making loads of samples and will have demonstrations all day Saturday and Sunday so you can see exactly what Leaves Galore can do for you! In addition, my new Quilter’s Chalk Line will be available for purchase with Iron-Off chalk. The chalk line will also be demonstrated at my booth, so please stop in and check it out! I am busy working on patterns and samples, and hope to be ready for Quilt Market in May with my tools and a few new patterns. All will be available for mail order purchase on my website in the next few weeks. I’d better get back to quilting!! See you all at the show. Sue
