Tina Dillard is the proud owner and head designer at Quilting Affection Designs. Tina's love of quilting grew from childhood, learning to sew and watching her mother quilt. As a young adult she started quilting and taking classes to expand her knowledge. As Tina’s skill with quilting developed, she discovered a talent and passion for the quilt pattern designing. In 2013, she entered one of her first original designs in the Charles County Maryland Fair where she won “Best in Show.” In 2016, Tina decided to focus on quilt pattern designing which transformed her quilt finishing business into Quilting Affection Designs. Her goal is to inspire quilters of all abilities through detailed, easy to follow quilt patterns that are fresh innovative designs. Tina also wants to share her quilting expertise through education and training to help others develop the confidence to create intricate, elegant quilts. In 2018, Tina became a Studio 180 Design Certified Instructor and in 2019 Tina added her Sue Pelland Designs certification to combine her love of accurate machine piecing with beautiful machine applique.
