OH NO! I nicked my template with my blade!
What do you do if you accidentally nick your template? The small curves are a little tough to get around. You HAVE to use a 28mm Rotary cutter with a sharp blade. If you accidentally nick your template, your cutter is more likely to get caught on the next cutting pass. You can smooth out the burr with a piece of fine sandpaper. Just rub the sandpaper over the burr a few times, and it will prevent you from having to replace your template.
