Clarification to step “G” Cutting Lemon-Shaped Leaves
Apply mistyfuse, or fusible of your choice to the back of the three 6” x 42”strips remaining from step “C”. Stack the three 6” x 42” strips fusible side down. Using the 4” side of the template, make one serpentine cut close to the right edge. Move the template down and to the left one full wave so the peaks of the two waves meet, giving you a lemon shaped leaf. (Photo11) You will need 15 lemon shaped leaves. Half leaves also work when they are tucked under flowers. Trim some of the leaves with the 4” side of the template to give a variety of sizes as shown on the sheet marked “templates”.
