Take time to Play!

Today I had a play date with some great friends!  Kathleen, Kathy, Sue and I got together for a half day of creativity, paint, coffee and FUN!

 

 

 

 

Thanks to Sue Bleiweiss for these great photos!  Sue is the creator of the Sketchbook Project, and has just published a book on the project. The  release date for the book is coming up soon, so I will participating in a blog hop and contest to celebrate the release.  Kathleen Murphy and Kathy Sperino are  featured artists in the book, along with Sue Blieweiss, the author.   Check out their blogs on my home page links!

Our next challenge is to figure out what to do with the canvas fabric that we painted!  We will all get strips from each of the four quadrants, and will come back soon with finished projects using this fun fabric.  What do you do when you get together for a play date?  Share your stories by leaving a comment.
